There is a lovely Mediterranean atmosphere in the city centre with bubbly cafes, fantastic variety of bars and restaurants. A maze of narrow side streets with hideen sights, architecture and many visual reminders of its rich past. An amazing natural harbour with lots to visit and explore. A lot to experience but it is more spread out, than say Ciutadella - so know before you go!

Mahon hat ein mediterranes Klima mit warmen bis heißen, trockenen Sommern mit einer angenehmen Brise und milderen Wintern. Das Meereswasser in Mahon wird mit rund 22 bis 26 Grad im Sommer warm sein. Im Oktober ist das Meer noch warm. Frühlingszeit (Anfang März bis April) wird sonnigen Tagen und Lufttemperaturen um die 20 Grad und darüber haben - ideal für Sightseeing, Wandern, Radfahren und Reiten Aktivitäten.
