Es Castell hat ein mediterranes Klima, das von heißen, trockenen Sommern geprägt ist. Menorca hat eine angenehme kühle Sommerbrise. Die Meerestemperaturen bei Es Castell wird im Sommer etwa 22-26 Grad betragen. Im Oktober ist das Wasser noch warm. Die Frühlingszeit (Anfang März bis April) hat sonnige Tage mit Temperaturen um die 20 und darüber, ideal für Sightseeing, Wandern, Radfahren und Reiten.
